The situation of transport companies is both specific and unique. The requirements set by transport operators, including freight forwarders and carriers commissioning transport operations, have made road carrier third-party liability insurance almost mandatory.
The expertise of TC Broker employees allow us to tailor the product to what the customer needs most at a given moment and thus to avoid the risks associated with concluding a bad contract. It is also an extremely valuable addition to the brokerage division of the MAK Group, to which the company belongs.

Our specializations
TC Broker operates as an insurance broker. We handle vehicle fleet insurance, property insurance for domestic and international transport, general property insurance and personal insurance.
When beginning cooperation with a new customer, we propose tailored training on the scope of insurance available and on the specifics of the Transport-Forwarding-Logistics industry as seen through the eyes of insurance advisors: benefits and risks for the customer.
The purpose of concluding any contract, including an insurance contract, is to achieve a benefit. Focusing solely on the price of transport insurance leads to retaining the risk on the deductible, which in practice translates into a very narrow scope of insurance offered by the insurer.
Risk means different things to different people. It is an undeniable fact that every economic activity operates within a world of risk. The greatest threat to any company is operating without awareness of the surrounding risks.
Objective approach – optimal conduct by the company and all its employees, as well as individuals involved in the transport process, to prevent damage.
Subjective approach – protection of the interests of the carrier or any other entity within the transport chain, which minimises losses remaining at its risk.

Tomasz Lendzion
He has been professionally involved in insurance since 1997 as an insurance agent. Co-founder of TC Broker, established in 2009, and still actively participating in the company's work.
Robert Grabowski
Vice President of the Management Board of M.A.K. Ubezpieczenia. He began his career in the insurance market in 1994, gaining experience in insurance companies such as AGF Ubezpieczenia Życie and PZU Życie, among others, in senior management positions related to life insurance sales. At M.A.K. Ubezpieczenia, as Director of the Life and Personal Insurance Office, he has implemented numerous group life insurance schedules for companies across various sectors of the economy. Co-author of the concept and implementation of an original application enabling the sale of group insurance and its online management.
Jakub Jakubowski
He has a higher education, having completed a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a master's degree in Mathematics at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn.
He has been working in the insurance industry since 2000, gaining experience in companies such as Warta, Hestia, and as an insurance broker, a position he has held for the last 15 years after passing the appropriate exam. He has completed numerous training courses in the field of insurance, specialising in the Transport-Forwarding-Logistics industry.
He is an expert in creating insurance schedules, conducting contract audits and performing risk analysis. He performs his work with great commitment, ensuring the highest standards of customer service.
In interpersonal relationships, he values dialogue and respect, which translates into his management style and collaboration with the team.
