Mój Serwis Likwidacyjny is a member company of the MAK Group with over 20 years of experience in the insurance market and recognition among customers
which is a guarantee of providing highest-quality services.
The company specialises in providing services involving the takeover and conduct of full settlement of motor vehicle claims reported under insurance contracts, among others, in the name and on behalf of insurance companies.
Additionally, the company has experience in conducting the complete settlement of motor vehicle claims for its customers below the deductibles included in insurance products.
What makes us unique?
We employ qualified specialists with experience in handling full claims settlement and monitoring for insurance companies, fleet companies, leasing companies and CFM.
Our employees have extensive experience gained, among others, in insurance companies as liquidators and brokerage firms, where they conduct damage monitoring for customers. The team also includes experts with appraisal experience in evaluating and preparing repair estimates and vehicle valuations.
We cooperate with many companies operating in the insurance market, specialising in providing:
- assistance services, including a 24/7 call center,
- repair networks with specialised and verified workshops throughout Poland,
- products for calculating and estimating repair costs,
- services to verify the correctness of estimates and invoices for repair costs,
- products for assessing and verification of the market value of vehicles,
- inspecting damaged vehicles.
In our work, we use our proprietary system for claim settlement and monitoring, which was created and expanded by the development teams of MAK IT, our specialised company within the MAK Group. The system is adapted to integrate with other systems, with the ability to dynamically introduce changes according to the needs of our business partners.
The quality of our information security management systems meets the highest standards, as demonstrated by the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certificate awarded to MSL. The safety and trust of our customers is our priority.

Piotr Ślązak
He began his professional career in November 1996, obtaining his agent's licence. He started at Agencja Wasilewski i Olech and then continued working at the Agencja Konsultant. From the very beginning, he focused on cooperation with car importers and dealers, which allowed him to gain extensive knowledge and experience in the industry.
In 2001, he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, further enriching his professional competencies. In 2021, he passed the brokerage exam, opening up new opportunities for him in the insurance sector and allowing him to further develop his professional career, including sitting in the management board of the MAK Group.
Dariusz Daraż
He has been associated with the insurance market since the beginning of his professional career. From 1995 to 2006, he was an employee of ERGO Hestia SA, where he held the positions of Director of the Representative Office in Katowice and Deputy Director of the Strategic Customers Office at the Company Headquarters in Sopot. During his professional career, he actively participated in negotiating key property and technical insurance contracts.
He has been associated with the MAK Group since 2006. In 2007, he successfully passed the brokerage exam. Currently, he serves on the boards of brokerage companies within the MAK Group.
