Justina Kamienskiene
Has 19 years of profound experience in different areas of insurance business. Lately before joining MAK Elio Justina had been leading Products management department for Baltic countries in insurance company.
Comprehensive experience accompanied by strong knowledge and exemplary critical thinking and leadership skills gives confidence to ensure company’s management and business development .
Łukasz Babik
A graduate of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University, the International Gateway Academy, College in Kelowna and the Nihongo Center 日本語センタ in Kyoto.
He has many years of experience in the field of corporate insurance. "From 2019 to 2022, he held the position of Manager of the Fleet Insurance Team at TUiR Warta S.A. Previously, he worked as an underwriter of property insurance. "From 2011 to 2017, he gained corporate experience in Canada and Japan.
He has been associated with the MAK Group since 2022, where he is responsible for supervising foreign operations and developing foreign companies.
Vice President of MAK International, President of the Management Board of MAK Elio in Lithuania and Member of the Management Board of MAK Macula in the Czech Republic.
Aleksander Wasilewski
He graduated in Economics from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and in Law from the University of Warsaw. He has worked as an insurance and reinsurance broker. He has been associated with the MAK Group since 2020 and has been involved in the development of the Group's international schedules since 2021.
He supervises the development of foreign companies and coordinates international MBA projects. Member of the Management Board of MAK International as well as the Lithuanian and Czech member companies.
Martynas Brasas
He has 13 years of experience in insurance industry. After 11 years career in insurance company, 8 of which he had been working in managerial positions and gained profound experience in underwriting and worldwide reinsurance business, 2 years ago Martynas decided to share valuable experience with one of the largest insurance brokers in Lithuania Rinkos Insurance Solutions.
Extensive experience in strategic business management lead Martynas to the position of CEO of Rinkos Insurance solutions. In the Board of MAK Elio Martynas is responsible for finance.
Danas Laurinaitis
He possesses over 15 years of valuable expertise in insurance intermediation, with a specialization in aviation insurance. His successful management of various complex projects during his tenure as a Managing Director at Rinkos Insurance Solutions highlights his strategic leadership and industry insight that consistently resulted in business growth and operational excellence.
His exceptional track record and proven leadership skills brings positive and transformative impact to MAK Elio Board.
