Łukasz Babik
A graduate of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University, the International Gateway Academy, College in Kelowna and the Nihongo Center 日本語センタ in Kyoto.
He has many years of experience in the field of corporate insurance. "From 2019 to 2022, he held the position of Manager of the Fleet Insurance Team at TUiR Warta S.A. Previously, he worked as an underwriter of property insurance. "From 2011 to 2017, he gained corporate experience in Canada and Japan.
He has been associated with the MAK Group since 2022, where he is responsible for supervising foreign operations and developing foreign companies.
Vice President of MAK International, President of the Management Board of MAK Elio in Lithuania and Member of the Management Board of MAK Macula in the Czech Republic.
Jacek Surmacz
A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Production Engineering. Associated with the insurance market since 2007. He gained his professional experience, among others, at Progres Services Sp. z o.o. and AON Polska.
In the years 2010-2017, he was associated with the GrECo JLT Group, as Head of the Motor Insurance Service Department, then, as Operations Director and Member of the Management Board of GrECo JLT Services Sp. z o.o. and Motor Insurance Manager at GrECo JLT Polska Sp. z o.o.
Since October 2017, he has been associated with the MAK Group as Director of the Leasing Schemes and Dealer Packages Department and Vice President of MAK International.
Aleksander Wasilewski
He graduated in Economics from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and in Law from the University of Warsaw. He has worked as an insurance and reinsurance broker. He has been associated with the MAK Group since 2020 and has been involved in the development of the Group's international schedules since 2021.
He supervises the development of foreign companies and coordinates international MBA projects. Member of the Management Board of MAK International as well as the Lithuanian and Czech member companies.
