Maciej Przybyszewski
He graduated with a degree in law from the European University of Law and Administration in Warsaw.
He began his professional career in 1996 at AGF, which later became Allianz. He co-founded the MAK Group and played a crucial role in its dynamic development and expansion into new ventures.
Currently, he serves as President of the Management Board at MAK IT, overseeing the company's development strategy for both domestic and international markets.
Rafał Kasa
A technology leader and manager with over 15 years of experience, responsible for overseeing software development within the company.
He has accumulated many years of experience in the insurance brokerage industry and oversees the implementation of large IT projects.

He has frequently participated in the management and development of IT systems supporting insurance sales and service. He developed his knowledge and expertise at AON, where he designed and implemented insurance systems across the CEE region. His experience also includes roles at MoneyGram International, Onwelo, and Dom Brokerski PROGRES, where he led teams of programmers and implemented key IT projects.

Robert Grabowski
Vice President of the Management Board of M.A.K. Ubezpieczenia. He began his career in the insurance market in 1994, gaining experience in insurance companies such as AGF Ubezpieczenia Życie and PZU Życie, among others, in senior management positions related to life insurance sales. At M.A.K. Ubezpieczenia, as Director of the Life and Personal Insurance Office, he has implemented numerous group life insurance schedules for companies across various sectors of the economy. Co-author of the concept and implementation of an original application enabling the sale of group insurance and its online management.
Piotr Kopeć
Graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology. Since 1997 he has been working in the IT industry and since 2008 in the insurance market in the field of dealer motor insurance. At the Agency, Consultant responsible for the development, creation and implementation of a central settlement system.
Since 2013, responsible for the design, execution, implementation and continuous software development of a settlement system for retail insurance (Superpolisa Group). Co-developer of many systems supporting the operation of MAK Group Companies.
