We have automated the insurance management process, also on the side of persons joining the group program. Each employee and a member of his family receives access to an individual on-line account. Through it, they can join the insurance (e-declaration).
Moreover, at any time, it is possible to contact us, make changes to own insurance, e.g. by changing the scope of protection, as well as personal data, beneficiaries etc. These activities can be done even from the smartphone.
